Shipping Policy
At Indigenous Peoples Media LLC, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Typically, in-stock orders ship from our fulfillment locations within 2-4 business days. However, please note that this timeframe cannot be guaranteed due to various factors that may affect processing and shipping times. Most of our orders will have tracking numbers provided for them, however since some products ship directly from the manufacturer, we cannot guarantee a tracking number for orders will be provided. Disputes regarding missing orders need to be made within 30 days of the order being marked as fulfilled to be eligible for refunds or replacements.
Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are printed or manufactured on demand to ensure the highest quality and customization, particularly our tribal flags. Products created on demand generally take 1-2 weeks to produce, but in some cases, it may take up to 4 weeks for them to be created and shipped.
Final Sale Policy
Please be aware that all sales are final. Refunds cannot be made for items shipped later than expected unless you have received written confirmation from us before placing the order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy.
